Brenda Johnson

Funeral Services for Mrs. Brenda Smith Johnson, 74, of Piedmont, will be Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from Dansby Heritage Chapel with Rev.Jeff McElroy and Rev. Phillip Smith officiating.  Visitation will be from 12-2 p.m. at Dansby Heritage Chapel. Burial will follow in Faith Baptist Church Cemetery.

Ms Johnson was born to Lloyd George and Pearlie Mae Atkinson Smith, who preceded her in death.  She was also preceded in death by her husband: Gene Johnson; three brothers: Norman, Orville and Travis Smith; and sister: Joyce Danielmeyer.

She is survived by sister: Marlene Smith Ellis; brothers: Larry (Judy) Smith, Elvin Smith, John (Jane) Smith; sisters in law: Thyra Smith and Charlotte Smith; chosen daughter: Mindi Smith; chosen granddaughter: Skianna Smith; chosen great grandson:Dexter Wright;and many nieces and nephews who loved her.  She attended Faith Baptist Church and was a wonderful Christian woman who let her life show her dedication to her Lord.

Pallbearers will be J.R. Smith, Mack Smith, Paul Williams, Radford McCurdy, Marty Smith, and Jamey Walker. Honorary Pallbearers will be Faith Baptist Church Youth Sunday School Class, Foster Smith, Brady Williams, Douglas Smith, Roger Smith, and Jason Smith.
