C.T. Mobley

C.T. Mobley, 85, of Piedmont, passed away Wednesday, June 19, 2013.  He was the last of the children born to Carl Ed and Pearl Martin Mobley. He retired as an electrician at the cotton mill and was a member of Piedmont Congregational Holiness Church .  He is survived by his wife, Mert R. Mobley, after being happily married for 58 years; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a loving husband, uncle and friend.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 22, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. from Dansby Heritage Chapel with Rev. Matt Turner and Rev. Hollis Martin officiating.  Visitation will be Friday, June 21 from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Piedmont Memory Garden.  Nephews will serve as pallbearers.  Honorary Pallbearers will be the Jack's Breakfast "Table of Knowledge",  Art Ingram's Sunday School Class, and friends.
