Donna Lee Anderson

DONNA LEE ADAMS ANDERSON, 67, of Fruithurst, passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 29, 2024, after several months of health issues. She was born in Atlanta, GA to Joe Brown and Lou Bell Higgins Adams. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Sherman Anderson.

Mrs. Anderson was content being the homemaker, cooking and raising her three daughters. She loved flowers, gardening, fishing and being the Best Ninny on earth.

She is survived by three daughters: Christy (Brian) Burgess, Michelle (Toby) Marlow, and Heather (Donnie) Anderson; sister: Beth Simmons; and grandchildren: Emma Burgess, Breanna (Curtis) Parker and Jake Marlow.

Visitation will be Monday, July 1, 2024, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Dansby Heritage Chapel. A private burial will follow in Mt. Paran Cemetery.
