Erskine Robinson, Sr.

Funeral Services for Mr. Erskine Trento Robinson, Sr. will be held Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. from Dansby Heritage Chapel with visitation from 1-2 PM. Burial will follow in Rabbitown Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Robinson, 73, passed away on Saturday, October 11 at Piedmont Health Care Center. He was born in Florida to Maxius Ripley and Louella Robinson. He worked as a driver for Chrysler -Plymouth Automobile Dealership. He was a member of St. Stevens CME Methodist Church in Jacksonville, FL and in later years Emmanuel Baptist. He loved to sing in the choir and he played tenor saxophone for the church. He was preceded in death by a son: Erskine, Jr.
He is survived by a daughter: Sonya McGill Daugherty of Tarzana, CA; Mother: Louella Robinson of Jacksonville; mother of his children: Shirley Hervey of Atlanta, GA; 5 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
