Kathy Stewart

Funeral service for Mrs. Kathy Mae Clark Stewart, 68, of Piedmont, will be held Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at 2:00 PM from Dansby Heritage Chapel with visitation from 12-2 PM.  Burial will follow in Carmel Cemetery.  Rev. Bobby Hooper and Craig Russell will officiate. Mrs. Stewart passed away on Sunday, May 9, 2021 at her home surrounded by her family.                                                                                                                                                Born in Talladega County, AL to James Macon and Ora Lindsey Clark, she had been employed at Springs and was a member of Union Congregational Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Shay Stewart and two brothers: Dwight and Edward Clark.      She is survived by her three daughters:  Angie Crane (Jerry),Tina Russell (Michael Winkles) and Jennifer Webb (Ricky Jackson); special son: David Danford; two sisters: Dorothy Dumas and Bonnie Clark; 6 grandchildren: Amanda Crane, Emily Crane, Jonathan Danford (Kayla), Hayley Wood (Steven), Brittany Griffith (Steven), and Misty Lowe (Ethan Davis); 6 great grandchildren: Brayleigh Danford, BrookLynn Griffith, William Wood, MadaLynn Griffith, Olivia Wood, and Baylee Davis and soon to be ShaeLynn Griffith.                                                                                                         Pallbearers will be Jonathan Danford, Steven Wood, Steven Griffith, Ethan Davis, David Danford,  and Michael Winkles.
