Graveside services for Mr. Larry Baxter Cobb, 80, of Birmingham, will be held Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. from
Piedmont Memory Garden with Rev. David Cox officiating. Mr. Cobb passed away suddenly at his residence on Sunday, Sept. 15.
He was born in Piedmont, Calhoun Co., AL on Sept. 1, 1933. He served his country in the US Army during the Korean era, was a
graduate of University Alabama Birmingham earning his bachelors degree, and was an AL State Trooper.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, John Eric Cobb.
Survivors include his son, Larry Michael (Pam) Cobb of Vestavia; granddaughter: Melissa Cobb; and the mother of his children:
Frankie Knight of Gadsden.
