Lessie Upton Woods, 90, passed away on August 15, 2015 , while living in Solomons, Maryland. She was a native of Piedmont, Alabama.
Mrs. Woods was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. She is survived by two daughters, 4 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and 1 sister along with several nieces and nephews.
Private family services were held on Saturday, August 22, 2015. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, PO Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090 or www.alz.org.
