Lester Lane, Jr.

LESTER LOYD LANE, Jr., 74, of Piedmont, passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday,          February 1, 2016.  He was born in Rome, GA on April 17, 1941 to Lester Loyd Lane, Sr. and Annie  Elizabeth Anthony Lane.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Martha Gail Lollies           Lane.  He was a TV repairman.                                                                                                                                     He is survived by three sons:  John, Jason, and David Lane, all of Piedmont; daughter: Amanda (Brent) Griffin, of Piedmont; and three grandchildren:  Amber Higginbotham, Austin Griffin, and Dalton Lane.            Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 3:00 PM from Dansby Heritage Chapel with visitation from 1:00 – 3:00 PM.  Cremation will follow.  We ask any flowers be green plants or house arrangements.                                                                                                                                                Dansby Heritage Chapel is honored to serve the Lane Family.
