Martha Kiser

MARTHA BURK KISER, 79, of Piedmont, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Tanner Medical Center in Villa Rica, GA.  She was born in Cherokee Co, AL to John Clarence and Emma Gladden Burk and worked in Centre Manufacturing until her marriage to Arnold Oliver Kiser, the love of her life.  She was a member of Moshat Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents;  two brothers:  John Charles Burk and Clyde Ralph Burk; and one sister: Joyce Roberts.   She is survived by her husband;  two sons: Derrick (Brenda) Kiser and Brent (Cheryl) Kiser; two brothers: Raymond Burk and Ray (Joyce) Burk; two sisters:  Christine  (Butch) Huffstler and Delane Long; two grandchildren:  Brandon (Tiffani) Reynolds and Brittani (Michael) Studdard; three great grandchildren:  Kamryn Reynolds, Ethan and Kylie Studdard; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 29, 2018 at 1:00 PM from Dansby Heritage Chapel with visitation from 11:00 AM until funeral time. Dr. Tony McCain and Rev. Ted Elrod will officiate. Burial will follow in Piedmont Memory Garden.
