Sandra Lee Haley, 59, of Fruithurst, AL passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at Gadsden Regional Medical Center. She was born April 2, 1956 in Flora, Clay Co., IN, to Larkin Elmo and Mary Ellen Chinault Cook.
Survivors include her children: Mitza (Ed) Ballew of Fruithurst, Ian Larkin Haley of IN, Zachary Haley of GA, and Jacquelyn Haley of FL; brother: Clifford Cook; sister: Ann Cook White; and 6 grandchildren.
Mrs. Haley was cremated and her family will have a memorial service in Kentucky at a later date.
