TERRY SAMUEL INGRAM, Sr., 67, of Piedmont, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, March 4, 2017. He was born in Jonesboro, AR to Oscar and Viola Simpson Ingram who preceded him in death. He served in the US Army for 22 years serving in the military police during the Vietnam Era, retiring as a Master Sergeant.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Dorothy O’Brien Ingram; two sons: Terry S. “T.J.” Ingram, Jr. (Cindy) and Jarrod Wayne Ingram (Katresa); daughter: Sherry Ingram; 3 brothers: Larry, Jerry and Doyle Ingram; sisters: Dianne Book and Irene Jones; grandchildren: Crystal Carroll, Malik Smedley, Cheyenne Cunningham, and Victoria Hope Ingram.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, brothers: Arlon Dale, Junior, Boyd, Ed, J.D., and Hershel Ingram; and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral Service will be Thursday, March 9, 2017 at 2 PM from Dansby Heritage Chapel with burial to follow in Littlejohn Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 8, from 6-8 PM at Dansby Heritage Chapel.
